Brand New Waterfront Home with Boat Dock & Hot Tub
A brand new contemporary waterfront cape, located on a quiet street in the heart of Long Island's North Fork wine country and quaint farmstands. 3 BR - 2.5 BA sleeps up to 8. Chef's kitchen with high end appliances - dining for up to 12. Multi-level decks with hot tub.. Bicycles, kayaks BBQ, fishing poles provided. Take the kayaks to a local beach or take a stoll down Love Lane for dining and shopping.
Your host is a USCG Licensed Captain. Boat excursions are available at as well as fishing, swimming or just cruise up to one of our many waterfront restaurants (add'l cost). Your host is also a personal chef who would love to either cook you a lobster bake on the property, while you sip cocktails on the back deck watching one of the many beautiful North Fork sunsets or give you a cooking lesson. Also available is a wine tasting at a local winery, either Sannino Vineyards or Raphael Vineyards - (extra cost) With 2 work stations w/WiFi, it's easy to work from home while you are on Vacation.
