Matobo National Park

The place is well maintained both in the unit and outside. Very peaceful environment. They also have an excellent breakfast which is very filling. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with any requests I made. I would go back to stay with them next time I am in Bulawayo.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central CBD. Staff is always helpful. However, the hotel rooms can do with updates - I have stayed at the hotel a few times and I find the rooms have electric plugs coming off the walls, bulbs not working, wardrobes are old and now give off that old smell. I lived off my suitcase as I feared the transfer of the wardrobe smell to my clothes. Shower was draining very slowly until I notified reception, they promptly attended to it. Bedroom walls had smudges which appeared cleanable. Room entrance door quality is below standard, it feels like the doors can be pushed open. Bathroom had the sink too close to the loo and general quality of fittings is below standard. Great hotel but TLC in rooms is overdue!!!
