Porpoise Point is surrounded by mangroves and aquatic preserves and, by boat is only minutes from world famous fishing spots areas such as Boca Grande Pass, regarded by fly fishermen and rod anglers alike as the world’s number one tarpon fishery. Our home offers truly spectacular views of Matlacha Pass and the views teem with natural wildlife – watch the ospreys fly by, pelicans dive and dolphins and manatees swim by while you watch from the multiple balconies, picture windows or tropical waterfront garden. Matlacha is an angler’s paradise – home of the “World’s Fishingest Bridge”. You are almost guaranteed a varied catch whether fishing from many location within Porpoise Point, the ‘Fishingest’ Bridge, a Kayak or a boat.
