"Excellent location within easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and as described and communication from the hosts was great. The access to a gym and pool were an added bonus! The little Cuban cafe in the lobby with drinks, breakfast and lunch was a blessing when I was working from the apartment and couldn't run out. Would definitely stay again!"

"We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

"The Pina Colada was the perfect place for four adults to spend the week enjoying what FMB had to offer! Close enough to everything but yet it was quiet when it should be. Plenty of space inside and a great outside entertaining area in the front and back. Laundry room onsite was very clean. Offering a beach cart, chairs and cooler was a great idea by the owner. Bicycles were also available. "

"This was a nice property, as in pictures. It was secluded and view from back porch to a lake/pond is great with a morning coffee or late night cocktail. Location is easily accessible to local venues. Publix and liquor store at end of street, and gas station across street. The Host does need to correct some issues and she does reply. Overall stay was great and we did a weekend in Matlacha (Matt LaShay.. LOL) ."
