"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "It may not be a surprise to most, but we booked this hotel specifically because of the underground pool. We were very excited to use it. However, we then realized our teenage sons couldn't use it (18+ only) and it also costs and additional 25,00 a person to use. I don't blame the company as everything is in the fine print and we just didn't see it. But make sure if you're a family you know these things."
