"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home in Matapalo. The house and grounds were gorgeous, and the beach was lovely. Flory, the concierge, was fantastic and helped coordinate activities like snorkeling and waterfall visits, and even assisted us in having our fresh-caught fish prepared at a local restaurant. Seeing a sloth in the tree right in front of the home was such a special bonus. We would gladly stay here again."

"Our stay at this studio apartment was just what we hoped it would be. The location alone made it incredibly special - we were literally steps away from a quiet, secluded beach that felt like it belonged only to us. Being close to Manuel Antonio National Park was a huge bonus. We spent time exploring, and were amazed by the abundance of wildlife. I would recommend taking a guided tour - it really enhanced the experience and helped us appreciate everything we were seeing. Ron, the owner, was a great resource. He was friendly, approachable, and offered many helpful tips. My husband and I left with fantastic memories."

"This house is amazing! Pool is great and the view is spectacular. Communication with the host was great and always prompt. The beach at Matapalo is stunning and virtually free of any other beach goers. They mean what they say about needing a 4x4 vehicle to make it to the house. The road is quite steep and rocky/dirt. "

"Pura Vida Paradise!! Amazing house and surroundings - a peaceful retreat for our family to relax after an adventure outing each day. Loved breakfast on the patio and sunset swims. Quick and clear communication with the host and the on-site property manager. Highly recommend Uvita waterfall, surf school in Dominical, Nauyaca Falls, and all the local food and drinks. Our kids (ages 10 & 11) are already begging to return next year! Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven!"

"This is a cute little property off the beaten path. Lots of tico places to eat in the area but you need a car. We don’t recommend the seafood place across the highway though. Breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade bread and condiments. The laminated note in the room about not getting sand in the beach towels was a little odd!"
