"I booked a two-night, three-day break for my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time at Kurera. The cottage was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Surrounded by trees, it was very quiet, with only the chirping of birds for the most beautiful sound. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you, John."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Very warm & comfortable. Like that there was a choice of pillows & the bed was very uncomfortable. Close to the Plume restaurant & shops in Matakana village. "Great stay overall, location was good. We went to the Matakana market and Tāwharanui Regional Park, both within 20min of the bach. Only thing to be aware of is there are no tea towels, toilet paper, shower needs, etc. so have to prepare a little bit more to bring all you need for your stay. Otherwise, great stay and would stay again!"
