No Air-Conditioning, we got to open all windows. So a lot of mosquitos came to the room. Front Desk people are nice, They should get promotion.

I traveled with group of my friends. We surprised that the Hotel dining area is the same reception area! which both not enough for 15% of Hotel guests. Unfortunately, tow strangers inter the Hotel and stole my wife bag include money, passport during breakfast time !!!!!!. The Hotel Staff so kind to not ask anyone what are you doing here. After we reviewed camera , the 2 persons who stole were clearly obvious that they are very suspicious. Hopefully Hotel management review what happened as it was very painful for group of families were in vacation.

Dear Mohamed, Adagio aparthotels fall under the status of tourist residences. As such, these residences are made up of apartments rented out under a simple tourist lease and not a hotel contract. By virtue of this, tourist residences are not custodians of property that has been deposited or stored by residents in the apartments, car parks or common areas.

Very nice, clean, & friendly hotel, with lots of convenience right on the front door. Nice markets, bakery, restaurant, and terrific train station right at the front door.

Alright, not great
I want to say you get what you pay for but it is not the case. You could pay quite lot for your stay. The staff are lovely and helpful but do not have a lot of suppot because of the model in which this place is run. Pretty Average; if you have another option don't bother staying here.

Okay but not great
The staff was brought and the room was alright with a super convenient kitchenette. However, the location of the room was right on top of a restaurant in the street and therefore there was a lot of noise until midnight; it was difficult to leave the window open and sleep. Couldn't shut it and sleep as it used to get hot. Apart from that there was this weird noise from within the hotel like a boiler which was a pain and gave me a headache. I am supposed to come back and stay here for another 18 days later but would not chose to stay if there was a better option around this location.

It is OK for a 3 Star
Providing room service once a week is not good, specially using one towel for 8 days. Breakfast is very limited. Apartment is clean and location is perfect.

A/C problem
The air conditioning in this hotel was not working at all and as a result the room was far too hot. Only solution was to open the window, but the hotel is right by a large railway station. If A/C worked it would be perfectly acceptable as with window shut trains can be ignored more easily.

Mixed bag.
Firstly the good bits. Room was pretty nice with sitting room/dining room/kitchenette and separate bedroom. Mattress was firm and quite comfortable. The area is on the up with some nice eating options. Hint - cross the railway lines for even more options. Now the bad. There was a left over pizza box underneath the kitchen cabinets when I arrived. And with no room cleaning on stays under 5 or 6 days it was there for the duration of my stay. Probably still there now ! But the worst bit was getting in. On arrival the hotel was locked and no staff were working. Apparently we should have been sent an access code for the gate and combination for the safe in which were our keys. But this hadn’t been sent. We managed to get inside when another guest got through the gate. The I spent best part of an hour on the phone to the Hotel management who said that the code should have been sent to me by Hotels.com and that he was unable to provide me with the safe code. In fact all could suggest was that I booked into a different hotel or wait in the hope someone else arrived who did have the safe combination. Fortunately this happened and I got to my room. But I’m sure this situation will arise again and there needs to be a better way to resolve this. Do be aware of this if you expect to arrive late.

Very Clean Reasonable Price for Paris
The hotel is very nice and very clean. If you want to visit Paris, and would want to stay in a modern hotel with updated amenities, I would recommend staying here.

A/C was disabled so the room was quite hot. Couldn't keep the window open as the window overlooked the train station and it was loud. The Residihome hotel on the other side of the train station is much nicer... stay there.

I chose this hotel because it was near Massy Gare TGV. And I wanted to be able to quickly catch a train directly to Charles De Gaulle airport which I did. The hotel was also near to many restaurants, shops, and markets. Even though the hotel is near the train station my room was always very quiet and I was never disturbed by the many passing trains. The room was very adequate and comfortable and the wifi reliable.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms and great location for Massy Gare. Room was a bit warm and air con woefully inadequate. Couldn't open window as right beside railway line with freight trains rumbling past all night so bit uncomfortable. Decent breakfast.

It was just what was enough for a business trip. The hotel is well situated (close to the RER Station + shops).The only thing i found missing was a kettle to prepare some tea.

RAS Malgré la promiscuité de la gare de Massy , pas trop de bruit de train. Petit déjeuner avec un rapport qualité-prix correct. Par contre le tarif de la nuit est un peu élevée. Paris et la région Parisienne devient inabordable en terme de tarif.
