"My wife, daughter and I visited Lyon for the first time from 23 December to 27 December. I would unhesitatingly recommend Marc and Helene's wonderful apartment at 6 rue de la Barre to anyone wanting to spend some time in Lyon. The apartment was very well appointed with every convenience that one would want including very nice glassware, crockery and cutlery and the bathroom was also very good. "Beautiful hotel, excellent and helpful staff (especially Camilla), very large room (privilege room is worth the upgrade). Close to old city and everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately the noise in the street and square was almost unbearable with noise until 3:00am (cars, motorcycles, scooters, yelling - all being loud as possible). "Staffs of front desk were polite and very helpful. The room was not large but very clean and quiet. The queen size bed was comfortable. The Hôtel location was in the walking distance to the river, old town, and many restaurants. The only suggestion we have for improvement is to add a curtain to the shower tub."
