Didn't like that front desk didn’t pick up several times. Our bathroom had slow drainage in the shower and overall the hotel was dated. I was told renovations are coming in the future. Room seevice didn't pick up about 15 minutes before it stated they were closed. They should update the houra. Nevertheless, the pool area was nice and easy to access towels. And the food at the restaurant next to the bar was good.

Beautiful, clean property and rooms. Excellent, attentive customer service. Overall, a wonderful experience. (To make it a 6-star😂, a full length mirror in the room and faster room service would be great.)

The place itself was nice. The area not so much. Most importantly I blame Expedia because you had this designated as a Downtown hotel- this was not downtown. It was a mile or so from downtown and the walk there was through a rough neighborhood.
