The attendant was on a private call the entire time she checked us in. Very outdated and not so clean.

This was a fabulous experience. The staff were beyond beyond helpful and kind… We didn’t like the room that we got online so they helped us to upgrade. The valet was so attentive and kind and the maids were so wonderful and helpful… the Pittsburgh Ballet did not send me my tickets until the last minute so the front desk printed them out and made sure I had them …There’s an amazing restaurant with very good wait staff inside the hotel. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

Staff was kind, friendly and courteous from the minute I checked in. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable! I look forward to staying at this Doubletree my next business trip to Pittsburgh.
