"The location defies description it is so beautiful. The water is steps away, there is ample sunny areas and plenty of shade too. Additionally there is shopping, dining and entertainment within minutes. Complete privacy as neighbors are barely visible. The house itself is clean, modern and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and a large enough dining and gathering area for our entire party. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!"

Quiet, peaceful, and away from it all (and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed), yet close enough to all the conveniences (shopping, restaurants, etc.) of Mashpee, and to nearby ocean beaches, and hiking trails. The rest of the Cape was also within an easy drive. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Pond, and using the kayaks and canoe. We hope to return."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. The host was in constant contact with us, making sure we were happy and offered several times to assist us with whatever we needed. The view when you walk into the house was breathtaking. The location made us feel like we had our own little lake house, but was also within close proximity to everything we needed. This will be our house to stay in every Summer. "
