Quiet neighborhood but close to the action: Popponesset, the beach, and Mashpee Commons. We know there's so much more to the Cape, but we never left Mashpee in 2 weeks! What I personally enjoyed the most was the pool and how well the kitchen was equipped. When we entertained family, all they wanted to do was be in the pool and eat! My husband enjoyed the carefree living and watching our family, especially the little ones, have a blast. We had a fabulous two weeks away as a family of four and loved this property in The Mews section of New Seabury! The house was clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The heated pool, corn hole set and fire pit in the backyard were all welcome additions and made the stay even more enjoyable! Val was a gracious host and promptly addressed any questions we had. We loved being close to Mashpee Commons and all the restaurants and shops near by too! We hope to stay at this house again next summer! ##### Daria G. The private heated saltwater pool was the highlight: 75 degree air temp, 80+ degree water temp! We brought our own bikes and rode to the beach. The home was welcoming and clean. The house, location and pool were perfect for us. Val is very responsive and takes great care of her property. The beds are very comfortable too! Home is in a great neighborhood and is exactly as the pics show. Super close to the beach, and not a far drive to other towns. We enjoyed our stay, and put the pool, grill, and fire pit to good use!
