While we had a fair amount of rain, the house was comfortable for at home reading days, and located well for visiting other parts of the Cape. We only had a couple of good beach days- and this house is located close to two easily accessible beaches. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the common areas had comfortable chairs and sofa. I want to note in particularly that the lighting throughout was excellent, something that we have discovered is not always the case with rentals.
