Prime Vacation Week Cape Cod

This 1200 square foot colonial style condo unit contains two bedrooms downstairs and a loft above the family room. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, two full baths (all linens provided) and large comfortable family room. The unit also features a wood burning fireplace and a patio area with BBQ. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed while the other bedroom and loft each feature two twin beds.

Southcape Resort features an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gym, clubhouse and a great playground for the children, all set amongst the pines. Minutes from Woods Hole, Hyannis, several beaches and Mashpee Commons.

Not clean

Master bed and bathroom smelled of urine. Cobwebs throughout the condo looked like they have been there for months. No coffee mugs in the kitchen. We did enjoy the pool.
