Well-stocked, cozy retreat in the charming, Nantucket-style community of Maushop Village that offers privacy as well as easy access to both the deeded beach and the Popponesset Marketplace. First floor living room, with dine-in kitchen, and newly renovated 1/2 bath. Open interior, cozy coastal decor, 52" flatscreen Smart TV, dining table, desk, board games and books to enjoy. Outdoor brick patios both front and back. Kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all cooking/baking essentials, indoor and outdoor dishes/flatware, and spices. The home offers central A/C for those hot days and opposing sliding doors that provide a lovely ocean breeze when A/C is not in use. The primary bedroom has a King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with a shared full bath. Ceiling fans in each. Enjoy the balconies off both bedrooms with tranquil views. Outdoor dining, gas grill, balcony w/ seating, private beach access, beach towels, chairs, & beach tent/umbrella. The private beach is a short 2-minute walk, and it is in the perfect location for a short walk to the Popponesset Marketplace where you can enjoy a coffee shop, the Raw Bar, a pizza parlor, and another great restaurant, live music, a mini golf course, and some charming shops.
