We really love our house! It's completely remodeled and equipped for your pleasant stay. It has all the necessary services: cable, internet, air conditioner, fans and ceiling fansNicaragua experiences many "POWER OUTAGES" Please be "ENERGY FRIENDLY" during your stay. You will be responsible to pay your electicity. There is a meter on the side of the house. A photo will be taken at CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. You will only be charged of the electricity that is used, the cost of the approximately is $0.35 per kwh. Air conditoner must be turned off when you leave the property. /when checking out, please leave the keys using the lockbox and/or the person in charge of the keys.
