The staff are warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of local high quality food. The same is true for the evening meal. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of local hiking routes in the Bavarian forest. "

"Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Zimmer waren sauber, Bad mit älteren Fliesen, Lüfter defekt, Dusch Schiebevorhang verschimmelt. Hellhörig. Nur Frühstücksraum."

"Check in was from 2pm, was asked to return in 2 hours! Paid extra for breakfast as was told she wasn't making anything by including it in the price. View wasn't as described. My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help. "
