They do not like to help Expedia clients. Our flight was canceled and rebooked the next day with no problems. We called our car rental and the hotel to let them know of the delay but Marriott ended up canceling our entire reservation because we didn’t check in the first night. They said their system automatically does this and couldn’t help us. They never mentioned that this would occur. It took 45 minutes for Expedia to fix the situation. We didn’t get checked in until midnight. Marriott was more than happy to take our money for a new booking and not help with the one they took from us!"
