Welcome to All Star Sunset Lodge at Old World Village—a custom timber-frame retreat for baseball families sharing tournament week, larger families and multi-generational getaways. Stay close to the baseball parks, then escape the bustle for quiet mornings on the covered porch, walks through 40 wooded acres and relaxing evenings in the hot tub with mountain views. With room to gather and space to unwind, it’s a peaceful place to recharge and make family memories beyond the ballpark.

🏡 TIMBER-FRAME CHARM WITH ROOM FOR EVERYONE! Sunset Lodge was custom-built using traditional timber-frame techniques. Beautiful craftsmanship and warm wood details create an inviting setting for multiple families to enjoy tournament week together, with space for shared meals, relaxed evenings and quiet downtime.



🛏️ FIVE BEDROOMS INCLUDING TWO KING SUITES! With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the lodge makes sharing a home comfortable and convenient. Two king suites offer the added privacy of their own bathrooms, while three queen bedrooms provide welcoming spaces to settle in after a busy day.



- Two king suites — each with a private bathroom

- Three additional bedrooms — one queen bed in each - one with a daybed

- One queen bedroom is on the lower floor, with a full bathroom available on that level

- 4.5 bathrooms in total



Bedrooms include phone chargers, TVs, ceiling fans and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

🍳 A WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN FOR EASY MEALS! The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you’re making breakfast before an early game or enjoying a quiet dinner after exploring, you can dine comfortably without eating every meal out.



🛋️ TWO ENTERTAINMENT ROOMS TO SPREAD OUT! With separate entertainment spaces on the main and lower floors, everyone has room to enjoy their downtime. Gather together or split into smaller groups for a relaxed evening. Complimentary WiFi makes it easy to plan the next day’s activities and keep in touch.



☕ PORCH TIME BETWEEN GAMES! Start your morning with coffee on the covered porch or settle in after a busy day to enjoy the mountain and wetland views. It’s a welcoming spot to slow down, catch up and enjoy time together beyond the ballpark.



🦌 40 ACRES TO EXPLORE! Enjoy the wooded grounds, meadow walk near the entrance and hidden hiking trail. Keep an eye out for deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, turtles and other local wildlife along the way.



🧺 LITTLE COMFORTS THAT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE! Fresh bedding, pillows, linens and towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. Free shared laundry facilities in the community building across from the lodge make it easy to keep up with tournament-week washing. The lodge is cleaned using Norwex products before your arrival.



🏡 TRAVELLING WITH A LARGER GROUP? All Star Sunset Lodge is part of Old World Village—a welcoming collection of three cottages, a chalet and Sunset Lodge nestled together on a 40-acre wooded property. Families and teams can reserve multiple accommodations to stay close together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.



Team gatherings or parties are permitted only when the entire Old World Village property has been reserved by the group and the gathering has received advance approval.

Booking Policy: Old World Village requires a signed rental agreement and a copy of your government-issued photo ID within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
