"I asked specifically to ensure the fireplace would be working since I booked the suite for an anniversary (it was between this and another hotel, the fireplace is a what tipped the scales and made me choose this one). It was the first thing I tested when I got in. Of course, it wasn’t working. I asked the front desk to have maintenance take a look, but after 45 mins of waiting, I had to get ready for dinner reservations. Both TVs were not working but luckily I had a fire stick. "We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — very convenient. There were so many restaurants nearby, with a great variety of choices, and two large shopping centers were also within a short walking distance, which made everything extremely convenient during our stay. Our room was a good size, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cupertino."
