Arrived later in the evening. Gentleman at the desk was courteous, but didn’t talk much. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Lobby was clean, but the hallways and doors to the rooms could use some maintenance/paint. Carpets in hallways are worn. Couldn’t get more than 4 channels on the TV that would come in. Big ice machine wasn’t working. They had a small table top ice maker on the lobby, but it had no ice made. Unit was plugged in, but staff didn’t fill it with water to make ice. Had to go to the gas station to buy a glass of ice. No coffee pots in the rooms; instead a larger commercial pot in the lobby. That ok, but there was no fresh coffee at 7 am the next morning. Only got 1/4 cup of left over, over cooked coffee stewing at the bottom of the reservoir, probably made days before. No one at the front desk area when we left at 7:30 am. Travel through the town yearly; probably won’t stop here again. Did have a good sleep, but the overall vibe and amenities are just not there.
