Rural house in natural pine forest with pool and plot of 3,000 square meters. With services of restaurants, supermarkets, lake, horse riding, hiking, airfield, golf course, etc. Natural pine forest with microclimate, ideal for practicing outdoor sports: hiking, cycling, swimming, horse riding, etc. or simply to relax enjoying the silence and nature. Marugán is 2.1 km from the pine forest (Urbanización Sietefuentes); It is a small town (about 600 inhabitants) and has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, medical service, horse riding, airfield and sports areas.
The pine forest is large, it has about 3,000 plots, of which about 1,500 have built housing. Segovia is 29 km by road and 24 by hiking trails.

Muy bien. La casa es amplia. Tiene todo lo necesario, limpieza, alimentos básicos, ropa de cama, nórdicos,etc. La piscina muy bien cuidada, mesas sillas y tumbonas de exterior. Tiene una planta baja tipo garaje donde se puede estar perfectamente. Fuimos tres parejas con niños y todo estuvo genial. Muchas gracias ☺️

La casa nos encantó y nos lo pasamos muy bien. Agustín fue muy atento desde el principio y nos preparó la piscina aunque no fuimos dentro del periodo de apertura, así que nos dimos unos baños. Gracias por todo!
