The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Thanks to my Expedia status, we even received a room upgrade, which made the experience even more special, the pool a 10/10 , the service was impeccable and the restaurant exquisite.

Excellent property. The ballroom and reception area were very antiquated and well maintained. Definitely get the deluxe double room with balcony for the best views on both sides of the hotel.
