(895 reviews) This hotel is not that close to the airport. I don't know how it can be called the aoirport hotel. The front desk is not that attentive. I like hotels that has 24/7 front desk operation. This hotel's front desk closes after 10:30pm, but even when it is open it is almost non existent. The room do not have a coffee machine or a kettle to make tea. I wish I had a kettle in the room. I also did not realize that I had to turn on the knob on the heater in the room. I slept in cold the first night, as there were no front desk to call and ask why the room was cold. I was not told (when I checked in) that I am myslf responsible to turn the heat on in the room. (58 reviews) I never leave reviews but this hotel is now my favorite hotel. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation.
