Great location in a bustling area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

When I checked in after 4pm my room wasn’t ready, when it was we walked in and were blasted with a horrific smell that was like ammonia and pine sol. We went to the front desk and they moved us to a different room. Thinking about it now I don’t understand why they didn’t have us there in the first place if the room wasn’t ready. Anyhow the staff were friendly and the pool and hot tub were nice. Wasn’t very happy that we had to pay for parking as well to me this is so silly as an already paying customer…

Was On Canada Day staff acted pompous and the whole outside of the hotel is swarming with Crackheads downtown Edmonton. Very Expensive for basic items as to be expected. Not much selection for after hours room service, for an established hotel.
