"The property was very clean and the decor was adorable- very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The property owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need for your stay. We have stayed at several rental properties and this was the best stocked we have experienced. The large yard was wonderful for the kids to run and play and we all enjoyed paddle boarding and using the kayak and peddle boat in the evenings. We look forward to coming again."

"Amazing vacation! The home was spacious and very well equipped, with plenty of room for our family and a kitchen that had everything we needed.We loved taking advantage of the amenities, especially the paddleboards, pedal boat, crab baskets, ping pong table, and outdoor shower. Also, the ice making machine was a game changer! Watching the sunsets on the sound and seeing the wild horses visit the property, including a young colt, made the trip unforgettable.If you've never stayed in the 4x4 area, getting there is part of the adventure. Be sure to bring a gauge/device to easily air down/check pressure.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect combination of comfort, adventure, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!"

"House was as pictured. Easy to find if you follow I instructions. Wish there was more to clean the pool out during the week but I understand not wanting people who are Not experienced doing that. Had a great week and saw lots of horses. They were right up to the house couple times. Great experience."

"This home is a true gem. Steve and Kathy were amazing hosts and always attentive to anything we needed. They even went as far as to offer to help get us there if we were not comfortable driving the 4x4 beach without a guide. We will definitely be returning!"

"First of all I want to thank y'all for a wonderful vacation at y'all's property me and my family really enjoyed it. Every room in the house was clean. The owner's co-part came by and checked on us to make sure everything was good. He even told us if we needed anything to let him know and the owner phil, also text to let me know if I needed anything just to give him a text. Very friendly people. The location was nice everyone that came by on their boats was friendly, even the wild horses that came and visited us every now and then. Was not too far from the beach just a little drive over the sand."

"Octopus Oasis was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. The two kitchens were a huge plus and made everything so convenient. Kym, the property manager, was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and great to work with. Everything was well-maintained, and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!"
