For senior people not familiar with kitchen power plug set operate hope host provide coffee instant maker and hot water kettle how to work step by step guid which very helpful as i spent a lot of time to comtact support team try to find out. In first day room entering.

Strange hotel with very dated carpet and decor, unfriendly and not helpful staff, but good breakfast, which was nice. Note that there is no way to do laundry here--not a service or even machines in the building. When I asked the front desk woman about laundry she told me I could look up a place on Google... very helpful. My room was only cleaned / bed changed twice in 6 nights.
The breakfast was the saving grace of this place, and the fact that the room was a decent size and not ridiculously cramped. Wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again but the value isn't the worst overall.

"Long walk from T4 to T5 to find the hotel minivan, after seing no signs to the shuttle buses at T4. Had to ask 4 taxi drivers where to go before I found one that knew. Didn't notice when I booked that there was no bathroom or any kind of water in the room. Nice short distance from airport. Helpful ..."
