So I love this hotel . Me and my bestfriend stayed for a few nights and we had a great view , you can tell housekeeping CARES they really make those rooms gorgeous. One thing that would be cool is if housekeeping left some extra trash bags at the bottom of the can so I can bag up my trash instead of stacking it 3 ft high it makes me feel bad for housekeeping. Besides that they do charge a 22 dollar so about 11 dollars a day for parking . They authorized that charge without me even being there.. and oh yeah TO THE LADY NAMED JENNIFER AT CHECK IN. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES YOU EMBARRASSED THAT NEW GIRL RIGHT IN FRONT OF US SO BAD WE WERE GOING TO LEAVE. YOU HAVE A HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE AS IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB. I was going to tell you that in person but I'm sure you wouldn't handle that like an adult giving how you acted with that sweet girl who was learning the ropes obviously. IF YOU ARE THAT GIRL AND YOU READ THIS . DONT LET HER MAKE YOU FEEL THAT WAY AGAIN. this hotel is also great for the amenities the pool ... Small arcade... Restaurants.. a bar .. but it's expensive as hell so make sure you have MONEY to waste on it. Still I would say it's one of the nicer hotels down in OC.

Everything was exactly what you would expect for a budget friendly room, only complaint was that the steps and porch going to 3rd floor was sketchy and theres a large soft spot on 3rd floor side landing

Overall it was perfect for country calling. There’s a shuttle at the hotel next door that we took everyday down to the entrance for $5 cash. The beds were comfortable, clean and the shower water was hot. I almost ended up cancelling though because during the off season it is nearly impossible to reach the hotel!! I called probably 10 times and couldn’t get an answer on my booking until Expedia themselves contacted me about changing the days we were staying. While the location was great, convenient and good for the price for country calling, the lack of communication was just shocking. As someone who travels often this customer service really needs to improve or I think sales will really suffer.

Stayed in unit 505 and it was beautiful! We loved it!

Staff were very professional. Suite was awesome.
