Very clean room and bathroom. Greeted when you walk into the clean lobby. Free coffee and continental breakfast. I recommend Simplicity Inn

Brian has been very nice, just my first night. Room I’m in is small, but that’s ok. For the price, I’m fine with it being not the prettiest, the rooms are clean, and everything works, so far. Will be pry staying a few more days, do to a friend in hospital. Walking distance to the hospital, which is nice.

Worst place ever
The owner wouldn’t give me my refrigerator and freezer stuff. I had hot dogs ground sausage lots of juice bottles and energy drinks all in opened brand new!

If you need a very affordable clean room for a close stay to the Marshfield Hospital this is it. Had to check in late, the Manager was very accommodating.

The room was dusty and the floors were dirty the windows were open when we entered the room and had no screens. The air conditioning was old and poor condition. The heating unit was not in good condition pieces missing and seemed unsafe. The bathroom was very outdated and the tub was rusted and chipped. Very disappointed and didn’t feel very safe. Don’t know if this is also long term stay for low income but was uncomfortable with the other people staying around us.

Walls are thin can hear people above you walking around. Toilet didn't want to quit running without taking cover off and lifting on float. Overall it's kinda what I've seen in the area before for the price.

Very friendly and helpful. It's old and weathered, but the location is great, near the hospital. Other guests are a bit noisy but they quieted down soon after 10.

Got a hotel for a night since my son had surgery in the early morning and we came from 3 hours away. Got to the hotel and lobby was closed with a phone number on the door that no one answered. Had to find another room somewhere else last minute after midnight.

Okay for a last minute place to sleep
We did not have water glasses or tissue paper. Towels were like gym towels very small for a bath towel. Pocket door of the bathroom did not slide well then came off track and could not close it all the way. Vent covers were laying on the floor. Could hear other guests. Dispute it all we slept well.

Ehhhh it’s okay.
Very old hotel you can tell they are trying to keep up but the bathroom was dirty old and the water from the shower and tub would constantly run at a trickle no matter what you did. If you don’t mind a cheap laid back hotel I would recommend for a day or two. The floors did not get cleaned before I stayed it was quite dirty as well. Heat would constantly run even if you shut the thermostat off. The ac worked but did not shut it self off when running either haha. Overall I would pick a different place to stay if I came back.

Staff at check in was very nice, room seemed decent for the price point, but the in room fridge looked like it hadn't been checked in weeks and was filthy. The toilet had rust stains older than me and the entire bathroom didn't look clean. I understand this is a motel and I don't expect much, but at least being clean would be a plus. No Hair dryer, even though there is a holder on the wall and a bunch of shady wiring throughout the room didn't make me feel like it was a safe place to stay (2 HVAC Units, TV and Cable plugged into one outlet can't be safe). No ice available, but at least the staff was nice. Will NOT be going back.

I reserved online .. when I got to the hotel… nobody there… doors locked… dirty room… toilet wouldn’t flush… bed unmade… dirt everywhere… bed was comfy… but worse hotel I pretty much ever stayed in..I went and purchased wipes just to clean everything down.

There were three pubic hairs on the bed near the pillow as well as a blood? Stain….the room smelled like chemicals, the rug had not been vacuumed in a while…there was a piece of cereal under the desk, salt on the carpet, the toilet bowl has a nasty ring in it, the bathroom floor was not swept or mopped, and there was debris or dirt on the edge of the tub,. The dead bolt did not work either very unsafe. You could hear the other guests cough and use the bathroom, as well as them walking around at 2 am….There was on one at the desk last night to check in and again no one there to complain to or to get clean sheets from so I had to sleep on top of the bed and use the comforter to cover up with …. I will Not return or recommend….

It was close to town so that was great. The host was very nice and always made sure we got what we needed. Not too happy about the appearance of the room, mostly because it felt dusty and like they didn’t clean much. Overall it was ok if you need a one night stay, but no more than that.
