Everything is in new condition and the apartment is immaculately clean. We had a great time grilling out each night and roasting marshmallows by the fire. The beach is beautiful, a little rocky so bring your watershoes. Andreas is accommodating and responds quickly. The beach is a quick walk away, stores and restaurants conveniently located. Whale watching in Plymouth is 20 min away, and the adventure park in sandwich is 40\. Great family getaway! ##### sara s.
