The cottage features two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with an open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The inviting living space is decorated with coastal décor, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen makes meal preparation simple, while the open dining and living areas provide the perfect place to gather after a day on the water. Whether you're enjoying breakfast before a fishing trip or winding down with a movie in the evening, the cottage offers all the comforts of home.
Outside, you'll find a spacious yard ideal for relaxing, enjoying the coastal breeze, or spending time with your dog. The property also includes a private dock, offering a peaceful spot for fishing, kayaking, or simply taking in the waterfront views. For guests bringing a boat, a public boat ramp is located only about a three-minute drive away, making launching quick and convenient.
Located in the quiet fishing community of Marshallberg, this cottage provides easy access to local seafood restaurants, nearby islands, and the historic town of Beaufort. Whether you're planning a boating trip, a fishing adventure, or a peaceful weekend by the water, Marshallberg Waterfront Cottage is the perfect place to experience the charm and tranquility of North Carolina's beautiful coast.

***Guests are welcome to tie off any size boat to the dock. A skiff should have no problem using the dock, even during low tide. Boats with a deeper draft may need to anchor just off the dock during low tide, as the water depth can become too shallow.

If guests choose to use the boat lift, they do so at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for any damage to the boat, and any damage incurred while using the lift is the guest's responsibility.***

1 Queen and 1 Bunk Bed (Full on top and full on bottom)


WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
Each property is also provided with 1 roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom and one for a half bath.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 1 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
