    Escape to a cozy countryside retreat tucked away on a peaceful camel farm, where rustic charm meets a one-of-a-kind farm experience. The Highland Hideaway is the perfect little getaway for couples, families, or anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature. This top floor condo has 1 queen bed, the loft area has two twin fold out beds, kitchenette area, dining area, and living room. Enjoy peaceful mornings with some coffee on our top deck and listen to the sounds of birds and wildlife roaming around, After a day of exploring our many trails on the property come back and unwind in the hottub under the stars!

    **Hottub & driveway are shared with the downstairs rental**

The highland hideaway was absolutely adorable! It was perfect for a short stay and would be happy to stay longer. It may be the cleanest vrbo I’ve stayed in. Very quiet and peaceful. Before you leave, give yourself the challenge of guessing how many Highland cows are in the property!

The house was very clean and loved that we could bring our dogs with us. The location is very peaceful. We loved our visit with the camels. The host is very responsive and friendly.

We truly loved our stay at the Highland Hideaway!!! Very clean and cute place!! Everything you could need or want while your away from home The hot tub was amazing !! The owners are great people and made sure our stay was perfect!! 🤩 we will definitely be back!! Plus the bonus is that we was able to walk up to the camels they have and was able to feed them and have our pictures taken with them !

This place is wonderful! It’s remote enough to be far from the public but it is also close to go into town and enjoy some incredible food from the local restaurants. There are trails close to the home if you’re into hiking. The host was so kind to set fire and set up logs as seating areas for us. The biggest attraction was the camels! We were able to meet and feed the camels thanks to the host’s hospitality! We were able to try some of the camel milk soap which is some of the best soap I’ve used! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The home was clean and felt very welcoming. The hot tub was also an excellent touch.
