Amazing stay! Staff was very attentive

Breakfast was excellent Plenty of bottled water at check in Late check out available with luggage storage until plane departure

The hotel is beautiful and in a convenient location, with a cable car stop in front of the main entrance. The staff are welcoming and most were very helpful. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the double queen room is very small and the shower is designed with a partial glass door that allows water to escape. Every shower required removal of water from the bathroom floor. I requested a room change but was told to adjust shower head. We stayed three nights but would not have survived a fourth.
