L'agence Croceo vous invite à un séjour de rêve dans cette somptueuse villa de 200 m² avec piscine privée et solarium offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde. Située dans le prestigieux 7ème arrondissement de Marseille, à 500 mètres de la basilique et à 1,3 km de la plage des Prophètes, cette villa est idéale pour des vacances inoubliables. Nichée dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, elle dispose d'une piscine (10x3,5) et d'un parking privé. La maison, entièrement équipée avec du mobilier de qualité, plancha, machine à laver, sèche-linge et climatisation réversible, offre tout le confort moderne. Au 1er étage, l'espace nuit comprend 4 grandes chambres (1 lit King size, 2 lits Queen size et 2 lits simples) et 2 salles de bain avec douche à l'italienne, baignoire, vasque et WC intégré. Toutes les chambres disposent de dressings ou placards aménagés. Possibilité de stationner 2 voitures de taille normale ou 3 petites citadines. Les commerces de proximité, incluant traiteurs, fromager, bouchers, primeurs, cave, pharmacie et épicerie, sont accessibles à pied.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne.
