Villa ideally placed in the 8th district, located 800 m from the velodrome stadium and 900 m from Prado beach. It consists of four bedrooms with three bathrooms, one with jacuzzi, a large living room of about 50 square meters with table football and billiards. In addition the villa has a swimming pool not overlooked as well as a private parking that can accommodate two vehicles. The villa is located 100 meters from Borelli park. It is perfect for a seaside holiday, to rest in peace.

Had a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was great for us as it was quiet and safe and everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessible by taxi. The property was clean and as described however, we were quite surprised that most basic amenities you would usually expect were not provided. We have all travelled a lot and would expect basic things like soap, washing up liquid and toilet paper to be provided but we had to purchase all of these things. One of the three showers did not work so we only had two showers between the 7 of us. Additionally, I have no issue with making the bed generally but I was surprised to find that we had to make our own beds with the sheets just left for us as none of us have had to do that before when staying at a villa or hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I think at this price you would expect these basic things to be done. I would recommend staying as I'd like to think the owners would take this feedback on board and start providing the basics!

Maison spacieuse bien aménagée, literie confortable. Location proche des commerces. Petit bémol sur les 2 premiers jours : l'eau de la piscine était verte, ce désagrément a été rétabli par le fils du loueur, ouf nous avons pu en profiter.

Un bon séjour avec une bonne écoute des propriétaires. A une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la plage. Pensez à nettoyer le jacuzzi avant le séjour des vacanciers :)

Top Lage aber nicht der Zustand für das Geld

das gesamte Objekt bedarf dringend einer Renovierung, alles lieblos und weitest gehend ramponiert. Teilweise dreckig, z.B. der Pool teilweise vergrünt Der Eiswürfelauswurf verschimmelt, im Küchenschrank schmutzige Töpfe, Salatschüssel mit alten Blättern…etc. 1 Dusche fast nur kaltes Wasser, dafür die andere fast nur heißes Wasser – Regulierung nicht möglich. Bäder verkalkt. Im oberen Zimmer über der Tür ein Balken sodass man beim rein- oder rausgehen den Kopf einziehen musste! Dieses Objekt ist in dem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen.

Spacious Villa with 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them en suite. The pool was great to have. The kitchen is very well equipped. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. Shops and Bus are in walking distance...had a great holiday
