The house features, on the ground floor, a living room with an open-concept kitchen of approximately 35 m² with a sea view; on the ground floor, a large bedroom also overlooking the sea, furnished with a 160-cm bed, a second, smaller bedroom with a sofa that converts into a bed (120 cm), a bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a separate toilet.
On the top level is a separate summer kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave, opening via large sliding glass doors onto the 25 m² rooftop terrace, which features a table with stools, a bar, and a gas grill.
The dining area of the terrace is shaded from the sun by a wooden lattice, while the other part is better suited for sunbathing.
It’s the perfect place to unwind in peace after a day of activities.
