In the heart of Provence, in the hills of Marcel Pagnol, at the foot of the Garlaban, this splendid sunny property will seduce you with its green setting, its calm, and the beauty of the landscapes that surround it. You will take advantage of the beautiful landscaped swimming pool where one gently enters the water through a beach. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs on the terrace that surrounds it, have lunch in the shade of the arbor of the pool house, or an aperitif in the evening under the pines, lulled by the song of the cicadas. The large 4000 m2 garden will allow children to play in peace. Inside the house, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge ...), a large living / dining room of 50 m2 with fireplace, flat screen TV, giving on 2 terraces, one to the east, the other to the south. 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 1 with 3 bunk beds offer a capacity of 9 beds. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with large bath, shower and toilet, adjoining one of the bedrooms. 1 mezzanine converted into a reading room. At the foot of the Garlaban, you will have the leisure to walk in the hills dear to Marcel Pagnol, 2 golf courses and equestrian centers are also nearby. 15 minutes from Prado beaches or 25 minutes from Cassis or La Ciotat, if you prefer the sea. 20 minutes from the center of Marseille, you can go shopping, visit the city's many museums, the old port, the cornice, the creeks ... The house itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a larger group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and the rooms were well-equipped and cozy. One of the highlights was the pool, which was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunny days. The outdoor area was lovely, providing plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. The only downside we encountered was some trouble with ants in the kitchen. While it was a bit inconvenient, it didn’t overshadow our overall experience, and we still had an amazing time. Terraces, rooms and of course the pool and poolside area. Beautiful restful home to return to after a busy day out in the lovely towns and cities relatively nearby. A car is essential (a small one perhaps as narrow roads aren't so straight forward to navigate). Local people in shops and restaurants incredibly warm and friendly. (Die folgenden Kritikpunkte wurden fotographisch dokumentiert.) Viele der Bilder im Inserat entsprechen gar nicht dem jetzigen Zustand (bauliche Veränderungen und Interieur). Eigentlich ein schönes Haus in toller Umgebung, grosszügiges Anwesen, interessante Bibliothek mit Büchern und Bilder grosser französischer Maler und einer Shakespear Sammlung. Vieles etwas veraltet und nicht nicht gewatet. Wir hatten einen Self Check In vereinbart, mussten einige Zeit suchen, um den Hauptschalter für den Strom zu finden. Das Objekt war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, pickige Oberflächen, Schlieren, schmutziges Geschirr. Auf Nachfrage noch Folgen einer Hochzeit, die wohl schon länger her war: alte Pappbecher in der Wiese, nicht aufgekehrter Hauseingang und Terrassen, alles voller Blätter und beschmutzte Aussensitzplätze. 3 Handtücher für 6 Personen, eines mit 2 Löchern, keines am WC. 2 Tage später wurden auf Nachfrage ein paar nachgeliefert. Keine Reaktion auf den Hinweise, dass in einer Dusche der Abfluss verstopft sei und es zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung kam. Fehlen wichtiger Utensilien in der Küche z.B. ein Schäler und Schöpflöffel. Aussenbereich mit einem Zierbecken, stehendem Gewässer, dadurch viele Moskitos. Der Pool unbenutzbar, die Kinder trauten sich aufgrund toter Würmer/Schnecken nicht hinein. Zusammenfassend trotz Nebensaison teures Ferienhaus mit schlechtem Zustand, wenig Service und Respekt vor dem zahlendem Gast. ##### Christian M. Das grosse Wohnzimmer bietet 2 gemütliche Sofas und ein grosser Fernseher (nur Internet TV) mit viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. In der geräumigen Küche findet man alles was man braucht, der grosse Kühlschrank im amerikanischen stiel mit Eiswürfelbereiter und Kaltwasser Ausgabe war super. Die Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist riesig und hat zu unserer Zeit eine super Temperatur. Der Einstieg ist sehr gut auch für kleine Kinder geeignet da er flach in den Pool führt und nicht rutschig ist. Das Pool Haus bietet einen grossen Tisch, eine Plancha und Einen Pizzaofen (den Pizzaofen haben wir aber nicht genutzt). Die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, unsere Fragen und Anliegen wurden im Vorfeld freundlich beantwortet. Wir werden sicher gerne wieder kommen. ##### Christopher H. Elle est proche de Cassis et Marseille en voiture. Il ne manque aucun équipement. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Françoise est disponible et agréable. Cuisine parfaitement équipée, salon extérieur sous une magnifique pergola de glycine bien ombragée entre le barbecue et la cuisine, piscine au tracé atypique grande et très agréable, sans parler de sa cuisine extérieur des plus appréciable. Par ce beau temps nous avons surtout séjourné à l’extérieur, mais le salon, les chambres et la literie étaient sans reproche. Le site est magique, au pied de chemins de randonnées inespérées ! Les échanges avec la propriétaire et la personne qui s’occupe de la maison ont été très agréable et nous les remercions encore de tout cœur pour leur sympathie à notre égard. Superbe demeure qui régale surtout par son extérieur avec plusieurs terrasses et une piscine parfaites ! Le lieu est conforme à la description et l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Sonia ont été parfaitement adaptés à notre groupe festif.
