Notre appartement en duplex de 78 m², situé Rue de la République au 4e étage avec ascenseur d'une résidence récente, est le pied-à-terre idéal pour un séjour à Marseille. Rénové récemment, il est à 5 min à pied du quartier d'affaires de la Joliette (Les Docks, Les Terrasses du Port) et du quartier pittoresque du Panier. Tramway et métro sont à moins de 2 min à pied. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Une spacieuse pièce à vivre avec coin salon donnant sur un petit balcon exposé sur la Rue de la République. L'espace nuit comprend une chambres avec 1 lit double et une chambre avec 1 lit double en mezzanine. Le logement comprend 1 salle de bain avec une baignoire et une douche, ainsi qu'un meuble vasque. WC séparé à l'étage. Restaurants, commerces et Monoprix sont à proximité.   
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.
