Notre charmante maison de 38 m², entièrement rénovée avec goût, est située Boulevard Ricard. Lumineuse et idéale pour travailler ou se détendre, elle constitue un oasis de calme au cœur d'un quartier animé et cosmopolite. À 10 min en bus de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles et du métro, et à 5 min du quartier culturel de la Belle de Mai. La maison comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon avec canapé et coin repas. Une magnifique terrasse en bois exotique, couverte en été par une vigne, offre un espace parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. L'espace nuit dispose d'une chambre avec lit double et grand dressing. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un meuble vasque, avec WC séparé. Proche des transports et des quartiers de la Gare Saint-Charles, Belle de Mai, et Longchamp, la maison est entourée de commerces de diverses nationalités, offrant une localisation idéale pour découvrir Marseille.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.

#### Schöner Urlaub, schöne Wohnung. Leider unsauber. 

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit gemütlicher Einrichtung. Die Lage im Herzen eines eher ruhigen Viertels vieler Berufstätiger. Mit dem öffentlich angebotenen E Bikes oder Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof, der Metro oder am Hafen. Leider war die Wohnung bei Übergabe für unsere Augen unsauber. Scheiben nicht geputzt , Flecken von Getränken auf dem Fußboden , Staub und Konfettireste der Vorbewohner in allen Ecken. Das Geschirr mangels Geschirrspültabs unsauber bis schmierig. Ungeziefer. Kein Klopapier. Wir haben es uns schön gemacht und die Zeit genossen aber angesichts des Preises eher enttäuschend.
