### L'Atypique - Cabanon 3 ch et terrasse au calme

\## Space  
Cabanon typique de la Calanque de Niolon, notre cabanon d'une superficie de 110 m2 se compose à l'entrée d'une cuisine équipée et d'un coin repas avec une grande table. Seule la pièce à vivre est équipée de la climatisation. L'espace nuit comprend au 1er étage une première chambre avec un lit double et une deuxième chambre avec un lit superposé, puis une troisième chambre avec un lit double au rez-de-chaussée. Le cabanon comprend 3 salles de bain avec douche et 3 WC. En rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un salon avec un canapé et un coin TV. Depuis la terrasse du cabanon, vous profiterez d'une vue sur le petit port des pêcheurs et d'un aperçu sur la mer. C'est l'endroit idéal pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer en couple, en famille ou entre amis.  
RAPPEL : L'accès en voiture à la calanque de Niolon est interdit pendant l'été pour préserver l'environnement et la tranquillité, vous devez stationner votre véhicule sur le parking de la gare (10 min à pied de l'appartement).  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.   
  
Le logement n'est pas équipé d'internet/wifi et l'accès voiture est à environ 100 mètres à pied.
