This space offers a unique experience: a peaceful retreat just steps away from the city’s vibrant energy. Our apartment opens onto a private courtyard, a rare find in this district, where you can enjoy a moment of absolute calm. Although it doesn’t offer a view, this intimate outdoor space is perfect for relaxing in total serenity. The building is ideally located right across from the Vieux-Port. As soon as you step outside, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the sea and boats, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of downtown Marseille. Inside, you’ll find: 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A separate WC in the hallway. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, quality tableware, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. A cozy living room featuring a large TV, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and a dining area. A private courtyard with a dining table, chairs, and an electric barbecue. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Wi-Fi included in the price. Bed linen and towels provided (bath towels, bath mat, dish towels, and sheets). Upon arrival, a starter kit will be available (not replenished): Laundry detergent and cleaning products 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person) Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper Soundproofing and refreshing renovations were completed in mid-October 2025 to enhance the apartment’s comfort and tranquility. The apartment is probably best for one couple or a family as the rooms and baths are not equal and there is not a great deal of privacy as the glass wall shower is open to the living space and the second bedroom's pocket door does not close fully. The courtyard is lovely. Communication was good prior to our stay through check in but fell apart when we made a request for additional towels. We were provided with one bath towel per adult for our entire stay and one bathmat for two bathrooms. I requested a handtowel for the sinks to use after using the toilet facilities and was told that only one towel is provided. I could not seem to communicate the fact that both bathrooms were not fully equipped and my emails remained unanswered. The sheet in the second bedroom were not clean though they appeared to have been laundered. A sticky residue that could be picked off was in several areas. My request for a call about that matter to get a different sheet was not answered. I dont believe we should be expected to launder a sheet and wait for it to dry naturally . A very musty smell permeated the second bedroom throughout our stay and I dicovered a pile of wet towels shoved under the bed when we were packing to leave. Much can be forgiven with good communication .
