  • House of 240 m2 located in Auriol in the countryside with all amenities nearby in a quiet and green area. You will find a greengrocer in front of the accommodation, direct sale 5 minutes walk away for fresh and seasonal vegetables.

    Supermarket less than 5 minutes by car as well as a commercial area (bakery, butcher, cheesemonger).

    20 minutes from the first beaches in Cassis, 20 minutes from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.
    The house has 4 bedrooms:
    - an attic master suite with a 160 cm double bed and a single bed
    - an office space, possibility of adding a travel cot
    - a bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm
    - a bedroom with a double bed 140x200
    - a bedroom with a trundle bed 90x200 cm
    - a TV room, games, laundry room

    With 2 bathrooms with changing table and a toilet.
    Large living room, dining room and complementary open kitchen of 70 m2.
    Landscaped garden, summer kitchen with shaded terrace, secure 8x4 swimming pool and trampoline.

    A deposit of 2000 € will be required

    Linen is provided in the rental rate

    Cleaning fee 140€

    The time of departure, after inventory of fixtures will be set at 10:00 to allow us to properly welcome the new tenants after you.
