Air-conditioned and fully equipped, it offers comfort and tranquility while being close to iconic sites such as Le Panier and the Old Port.  
  
This air-conditioned accommodation combines comfort, functionality, and charm.  
  
It consists of:  
  
 A cozy bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm).  
  
 A living room with a corner sofa, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace.  
  
 A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and all the essentials to cook just like at home.  
  
 A large private 25 m² terrace with a dining table and outdoor lounge area – perfect for enjoying Marseille’s climate.  
  
 A modern bathroom with shower and toilet.  
  
 Wi-Fi included.  
  
 All household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mat, and kitchen towels).  
  
 Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available to start your stay (welcome kit not replenished):

 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel  
  
 Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).  
  
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.  
  
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
