  • This house was completely redone and redecorated in 2021, respecting the charm of the place. <br>It is located 2' walk from the sea and the shops of the Pointe Rouge and 5' walk from the Calanques National Park and its countless hikes.<br>Accessible by bus, or by car, with the possibility of parking a car in the driveway.<br>The house is 60m2 (50m2 Carrez) and has an exterior of 80m2, a table and garden furniture, BBQ, Wifi. It consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a mezzanine open to the living room. The mezzanine is under the roof and offers a double bed in a small alcove out of sight. <br>Ideal for 2 to 4 people maximum, or solo to come and telework in peace and enjoy the sea in the evening.

Sehr gute Lage: 5 min zum Strand, nah zu den Calanques, mit dem Boot (Navette) 1/2 bis zum Vieux-Port. Sehr charmanter Innenhof mit Sitzplatz. Genug Platz für 4 Personen.

Séjour fabuleux, petite maisonnée dans un coin très calme et ultra bien placé pour découvrir Marseille, ses calanques et tous ses coins merveilleux

La maison est agréable et très bien située juste à côté des plages de la Pointe Rouge. J’y ai passé une petite semaine avec mes enfants et c’était parfait. Le propriétaire etait très disponible. Les ventilateurs bienvenus pendant cette semaine caniculaire.

Où est la clé?

On a passé une semaine très très bonne dans cette maison – mais en arrivant pas de clé, et pas d’informations sur la clé. Heureusement qu’on a rencontré un voisin qui nous a montré où vivait le propriétaire, ce qui n’était pas très loin de la maison et son fils par téléphone a contacté le propriétaire – on a reçu le code pour le box de clé – mais c’était un peu bordélique pour nous. apré tout a marché, l’emplacement était idéal. Plage juste à côté pour nous près du parc Borely où on faisait Le Mondial – tout était bon... sauf la machine à café qui ne marchait pas mais c’est un détail.

Charmante maison moderne

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison située à proximité de la plage et des calanques. Elle est idéalement équipée pour passer des vacances sans contrainte. Sa terrasse/jardinet ombragée avec un platane est très appréciable. Bien reliée au centre de Marseille par le bus.Je recommande.
