Close to the Stade Vélodrome and the Perier metro station.  
On the 6th floor with elevator of a modern building, apartment of 65 m² with 3 main rooms each with its own terrace.   
Close to all amenities: transport, shops, bars and restaurants. Very nice view of Marseille and its hills. Sunrises/Sunsets .  
Possibility to park a 2-wheeler in the basement, in a box.  
Take advantage of my advice to fully enjoy your stay in Marseille.
