Notre logement de 55 m², situé rue Lemaitre au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble ancien, offre une belle luminosité et climatisation, idéal pour travailler ou se détendre. Un patio calme est accessible. À moins de 5 min à pied de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles, tramway et métro, et à 10 min du Vieux-Port. Rénové en 2023 par un architecte d'intérieur, il comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon avec canapé et coin dîner. Deux chambres avec lits doubles, rangements, et un coin bureau. Salle de bain avec douche, vasque et WC. Localisation idéale proche des transports, de la gare Saint-Charles et du quartier Longchamp. Restaurants, commerces et cafés à proximité.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.
