Whether you are travelling for business or leisure, this place offers the comfort and convenience you need to fully enjoy your stay in Marseille. It is a short walk from the Rue de la République and close to the legendary Panier and Joliette districts, and the Terrasses du Port. The Vieux Port is a 500-metre walk away. This district is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a cinema and other amenities. There are numerous public transport options nearby, including the Joliette metro station. Offering a view of the city, this lovely air-conditioned apartment has: \- A lovely terrace with garden furniture equipped with a plancha grill \- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm) and an umbrella bed available with a sheet. \- Living room with flat-screen TV and convertible sofa ( 140x200cm) \- A kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee maker \- A bathroom with a bathtub \- A separate toilet \- A secure underground parking space with a height of 2.30 metres and a width of 3.60 metres. \- Linen is provided (sheets, bath towels and tea towels). \- Free Wi-Fi connection. On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed): \- Washing powder and cleaning products \- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel \- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person) \- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. We were asked what time we would arrive at the property, and we were there right on time. Called when we left train station and still had to wait 45 minutes to be let in. AC does not cool properly (I was told user error…but no). Toilet seat not attached to commode. Mold in shower. Dryer crammed full of towels, sheets, rugs…and that was what we were supposed to use.
