Villa n ° 9\. Semi-detached 3-room mezzanine 52m². Terrace about 16m². West exposed. Private car park. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H  
SLEEPING FACILITIES: 6 people max. 1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed. 2nd BEDROOM: 140cm bed. MEZZANINE: 2 beds 90cm.  
KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, 4-ceramic plates hob, oven, dishwasher 3-in-1, microwave. SANITARY: bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate WC, second sink on the 1st floor. TV. Stone BBQ. Fans.  
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the owners and normally open from 15/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.  
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing with the traveler.
