La villa est sur 2 étages Vous trouverez au rez de chaussée un grand séjour avec une belle cuisine américaine toute équipée, frigo américain avec 3 grandes baies donnant sur la piscine, 2 chambres climatisées et une salle d’eau/WC Vous trouverez également un 2ième séjour, au 1ier étage avec un grand salon en cuir blanc, 2 chambres climatisées, une salle d’eau et un WC indépendant ainsi qu’une grande terrasse. Au 2ième étage il y a 1 autre chambre et une suite (salle de bains /WC), climatisées également La maison dispose de plusieurs terrasses, pour les chambres et les séjours, avec notamment une belle vue sur l’étang de Thau et la ville de Sète. Elle est équipée de WIFI et de 3 télévisions avec Canal+, Canal Satellite . S'il y a des enfants de moins de 5 ans, des barrières amovibles seront installées à la piscine. Le piano à queue peut-être mis à disposition sur demande . Tarif : 50€ la semaine +chèque de caution de 200€ L’entrée permet de garer plusieurs voitures. Le terrain, engazonné avec de beaux pins est protégé du voisinage par de grandes haies ou murs. Je ne loue que du samedi au samedi, Sur Marseillan, la villa se situe en face l'étang de Thau, séparée par une petite route touristique. Ce qui permet le soir de faire des balades bien sympathiques, autour de l'étang, de pêcher ou de jouer à la pétanque.... La villa est à 10mm à pied du village. Pour les adolescents, il y a juste à côté des écoles de voile: les Glénants ou le CVMarseillan, où ils pourront s'initier à la planche à voile, au catamaran ou au Kite surf. Le petit port de Marseillan-ville est juste à-côté, ses petits commerces, son marché, ses petits restaurants, sont très appréciés Marseillan-plage est à 2,5 km, et a une très belle plage de sable fin, et sa promenade ,est très agréable. On peut utiliser la piste cyclable pour y aller. The house was lovely with a beautiful views over the water, the sunrise sitting on the balcony was lovely. The harbour, with restaurants and town is a 15 minute walk along the water front. The pool was lovely and with bathrooms on all the floors it was suited to 3 families. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas BBQ was great. The beach is a 10/15 minute drive away but lovely sandy beaches. We didn't want to leave so stayed an extra 2 days. ##### laura J. Nous n’avons qu’une seule conclusion, tout était parfait et même mieux que décrit. La maison est sur 3 niveaux: En haut : 2 chambres lit doubles avec une salle de bain baignoire et toilette dans une des chambres. 1er niveau : 2 chambres lit doubles (queen et king size) une des chambres est la suite parentale avec la salle de bain douche intégrée. Piano, salon télé et grand canapé confortable, donnant sur l'étang.Rez de chaussée : 2 chambres (double standard et 2 lit simples) cuisine, salle de bain avec toilette séparé, donnant sur la terrasse arrière avec piscine barbecue plancha, etc. La cuisine est tout équipée, jusqu’à la machine a café a grain, 2 frigo dont 1 a l’américain avec glaçon et eau. La piscine est gigantesque 7x7m avec a l'arrière un grand terrain avec balançoire. Cependant nous n’avons pas utilisé l'arrière terrain par rapport aux enfants et aux manques de visibilité pour les surveiller, la terrasse / piscine étant assez grande pour qu’ils puissent profiter au maximum. Les propriétaires nous ont tout expliqué de façon très clair à notre arrivée, et ont été présent et disponible immédiatement tout au long de notre séjour. Plenty of space and well equipped for all ages. The views over the Etang du Thau are incredible - morning, noon and night. The swimming pool is plenty big enough for a serious swim or teenage antics! The owners are incredibly generous in sharing what is essentially their family home. Respect the areas they have marked as private. There is plenty left to use - two incredible kitchens and so many separate sitting areas no one became bored. 8 of us stayed in the end and no cross words - although the pool cues are not quite straight - especially after a visit to Noilly Pratt. Perfectly located for a walk to Centre Ville - great choice of fresh, artisan products including mussels & oysters (everything in the villa you need to cook these without effort). The best boulangerie is the small artisan one around the corner from Spar. Equally close is Carrefour - amazing fresh fish counter here and everything you could dream of for a BBQ. The beach, in the other direction is slightly further - took about 60 minutes to walk & well worth the effort. Otherwise hire bikes - before midday from Artimon - before the quayside by the new development of flats. The other side of the quayside you'll find Kithau (September in the afternoon). Run by a great family - try your hand at SUP or hire a kayak and mooch around the lake. A little further on from Kithau you'll find an inlet where the "Cabins" are located. Here the oyster producers not only land their catch but have restaurants where you can eat amazing local produce with fabulous wine. Seven of us had the best meal of the week here for 90 euros less than on the quayside. Which is fine if you were a walrus in your previous life and adore seafood. To summarise - I'm desolated to have to leave today and cannot wait for l'annee prochain. ##### Stuart D. The house was spacy and well equipped. The kids really loved the pool and the large beautiful garden. A shaded outside dining area below the roof made of the branches from a tree was excellent. The village Marseillan was a 15 minute stroll away with bakeries and cozy restaurants around the harbour. Marseillan plage was also just 10 minutes away by car. Great out door area with the pool, seating areas and the barbecue. Walking distance to the quiet village with some restaurants but a bicycle or car is good to reach the supermarket or the beach where you'll find a more classic tourist area. Un réel plaisir de passer nos vancances dans cette villa. un seul regret, n'avoir réserver qu'une semaine. Nous étions une dizaine de personnes, adultes, ados et très jeunes, Il y vraiment moyen de vivre ensemble et avoir chacun son espace sans se marcher sur les pieds. La villa corresspond bien aux photos du site. Elle est situé juste à côté de Marseillan port (magnifique petit port) et marseillan plage (plus d'animation). A conseiller vivement. encore merci pour le séjour et à l'année prochaine. La villa correspond au descreptif des proprietaires. Aucune surprise. La vue sur l'étang est formidable le soir. Magnifique jardin avec sa piscine . Environnement trés calme . Beaucoup d'animations le soir à marseillan ville , plage et dans un rayon de quelques kilométres. Que dire de plus des vacances de rêve à quelques pas de la mer et de ce merveilleux petit port de marseillan. Nous allons revenir. ##### THIERRY D.
